Introduction

The future of the school is based on the ability of its staff to design and manage complex systems. In a situation of increasing competitiveness and globalization, as well as progressive reduction of national funds for Education, project management competences for teachers and educators become crucial.
Erasmus + and EU projects in general represent an appealing financial source that can enable your school to implement qualified and innovative educational activities.
For this, our organization offers this specific course on “PROJECT DESIGN AND
MANAGEMENT FOR INNOVATIVE AND I NTERNATIONAL EDUCATION”
addressed to all school staff (Headteachers, Teachers, Admin staff) aimed at acquiring skills in project planning and management. For a project to be approved and successfully managed, a set of management skills need to be owned by coordinators and staff in charge of the project implementation.

Of course, we are offering the possibility to choose within three courses shaped in base of the stage and the knowleadge of the participant.

Objectives

The training course aims at teaching participants how to successfully design and manage European projects, from the analysis stage to the evaluation.

The objectives and outcomes changes in base of the interested formula, please check directly the full schedule of the project below.

Topics

Based on the Project Cycle Management (PCM) Guidelines by the European Commission, the major phases of a European project are introduced, namely the analysis stage (including the analysis of the stakeholders, problems, objectives and strategies), the planning stage, the implementation, monitoring and, finally, evaluation.

An essential part in the process of designing and managing a project is the network. The stronger and wider it gets, the better it is. Some key skills and tools will therefore be introduced to ensure effective communication for both keeping up with advancement and targeting new potential partners.
